It usually takes me a couple of days to get out of the end-of-the-holiday-season blues! So now, here’s wishing you all a Very Happy New Year ahead.
I am not disclosing my new year’s resolution, but hope to stick to it at least until the end of the year.
In other news, under the hood of course, I moved the blog to WordPress 2.0. Upgrade was like a breeze. Kudos to WP folks!

So… the snow season this year took off to a great start last weekend when Aditi and I went up to Mt. Hood to break-in the Snowboard. Although I enjoyed a few hours of snowboarding in the most excellent snow I’ve experienced for a long-long while, Aditi just got a feel of the snow!
I had all plans to hit the slopes this weekend, but I had to postpone it in favor of preparing for the trip to Hawaii next week. Looks like the snow missed me as much as I missed it… so it showed up here in Hillsboro!
A welcome surprise, to me at least 
As I celerate Diwali here at home with lots of Chaklis, chiwda and laadus - I hope you have a very enjoyable and brilliant Diwali too.
